CONDITIONS OF HIRING
Reception
“Marylène”, our agent, will accommodate you and will check in your presence the state of the property on your arrival and your departure.
She will answer your questions as well as possible and will regulate for you the small rental difficulties which would be likely to arise.
She will be able to advise you certain visits, sporting and cultural animations, restaurants, trade, markets, etc.
Duration of hiring
No week-end for 1 night.
No week-end, mid-week or little week during the very high season.
No staying more than 2 weeks
Tariffs “very included”
A broad fixed price of consumption of water and electricity is included in all our tariffs, but one “on paying consumption” will be required of you in the event of going beyond of the fixed price.
The bed linen (cover of feather bed + cloth covers + slip (S) of pillow (S) of each bed) and the household linen (2 towels WC, 1 towels cooks + 2 cloths crockery) are posed and included/understood in the tariffs.
To simplify your stay
A “Fixed price Spares” of 50, 00 € is proposed to you, but is obligatory for the tenants accompanied by a domestic animal and tenants more than 6 people.
On your arrival, bathroom linen (towel and gloves) can be placed at your disposal on request at a rate of 3 € per anybody and stay.
Electric bicycles any way and bicycles can be rented with the Office of Tourism.
Visitor's taxes
From March 15 to November 15, the tenants will have to discharge an obligatory “Visitor's tax Inter-commune” of 0.70 € per day and anybody of more than 13 years (free for the children).Its payment makes it possible to receive “Charts of Host individual” giving right reductions for visits and cultural and sporting local activities.
Payment of the down payments
20% of the rental values are to be poured directly with the owner, either via the site, or by accounts accompanied by the Contract signed by the two parts. In accordance with the law, the down payments poured with the owner are not refundable (L114-1 article of the code of consumption).
Guarantee
Species a payment in cash of guarantee corresponding to 20% of the rental value is to be given on your arrival. It will be restored either completely with your departure, or partially in the 10 days in the event of overconsumption or damage noted at the time of the inventory of fixtures of exit.
